The song REPENTANCE came to me as I have seen many churches in our area forget the reason for THE CHURCH. God reminded me of His heart, and how it aches as His eyes search to and fro over our land. I believe the Father is waiting for His spotless bride to come back to Him, to be in the world, but not a part of it. I too was convicted as I wrote each word and notation. I believe if we as THE BODY OF CHRIST will remember Him for WHO HE IS, and what the CHURCH IS FOR, His return will come quickly. Come Lord Jesus

As I awakened one evening very disturbed in my spirit, I went into my dark living room and sat down at the keyboard---shortly after reading the WORD. All I could do was cry and say, "Father , help us!" Revive Your Church Again" was written then and there in just about 10 minutes. I believe this is what is happening as I travel and sing and minister... I am seeing this song come to life in HIS CHURCH! In doing so it is spurring repentance and total surrender among His people!
